Run Technique Progression Program

Six sessions. Each session is 1hr

The six week run progression program is a great continuation from the run technique analysis. Meeting once a week for six weeks, each one on one session will progress from the previous session and includes the following: 

  • Dynamic run warmup
  • Before and after video analysis
  • Basic to advanced run technique drill progression to improve running mechanics & efficiency 
  • Cadence adaptation
  • Mobility for runners

INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS

RUNNING: Speed development & 5k to ultra marathons

TRIATHLON: Sprint distance to long course

CROSSFIT ATHLETES (Plans & pricing varies): Those looking to improve WOD times, aerobic capacity, run technique & efficiency.

  • 4 week block of workouts, goal & race specific
  • Workouts delivered through Google Docs
  • 1 check in with coach every 6 weeks

Custom

$100 per Month (Run or Triathlon Specific)

  • Initial consultation to discuss current fitness level, experience, training history, race & performance  goals
  • Weekly custom training workouts structured around individual schedules
  • Workouts delivered through Google Docs
  • Athlete Accountability: reports back to coach with training information
  • Unlimited access to coach via email, text, phone
  • Race & mental preparation

Custom + Strength Training

$150 per Month (Run or Triathlon Specific + Strength)

  • Initial consultation to discuss current fitness level, experience, training history, race & performance  goals
  • Weekly custom training workouts structured around individual schedules
  • Weekly strength training workouts 
  • Workouts delivered through Google Docs
